Complete renovation & drywall construction – full interior finishing of an old building

This project showcases a comprehensive complete renovation and subsequent finishing of an old building. The goal was to remove deteriorated structures, improve energy efficiency, and create modern, comfortable living spaces.

Step by step:

  1. Demolition & gutting: Old ceiling and wall coverings, loose plaster areas, and defective supply lines were completely removed. All rooms were stripped down to the supporting structure.

  2. Drywall construction: New partition walls were built, and the sloping roof surfaces were insulated and clad with gypsum board. The ceilings were realigned and closed

  3. Insulation & installation: Thermal and sound insulation with mineral wool, installation of new electrical and water lines, including preparation for modern lighting fixtures

  4. Finishing work & final fit-out: After plastering and priming, all wall surfaces were repainted. The floor was covered with durable, low-maintenance vinyl flooring. Doors, light switches, and furnishing details were newly installed

Result:
A heavily rundown old building was transformed into a modern, bright, and comfortable space with clean lines and high-quality workmanship — ready for new use.
